This wonderful, non-alcoholic tea tastes of Christmas and is perfect for anyone who doesn't or can't drink alcohol over the festive period. It's even suitable for drinking at work but beware you will get lots of curious people coming and asking about the beautiful mulled wine smell coming from your desk! If you do want the traditional taste experience you can always use this tea to infuse red wine.
Mulled Wine Fruit Tea
Apple pieces, hibiscus blossoms, elderberries, rose hip peel, Mistletoe, cinnamon rods, flavouring (celery seed oil), orange slices, cloves.

Use one teaspoon per person. Use boiling water and brew for 5 minutes.
This tea can also be used to make Mulled Wine, just use red wine to brew instead of water (make sure to strain the wine after heating it).
