Indonesia not only offers the classic black teas from Sumatra and Java, but in the mid 19th century, green tea production was commenced around the city of Bandung. In Kiwidey, a little to the south of Bandung, the "Sunda Purwa" is harvested and produced almost year-round.This tea has an expressive body and intensive flavour with a slightly smoky taste. It's delicious even after a couple of infusions.
Java PS Sunda Purwa
Full-bodied and fresh with a slightly grassy hint. Tastes like picnics in the park.
