This Assam TGFOP1 was decaffeinated using the natural CO2 method meaning that the leaves keep more of their taste and goodness, than with other methods of decafination. Due to the very careful decaffeination process, you can still appreciate the dark brown, very well-worked leaf with golden tips. The cup unfolds a strong, malty aroma with a hint of chocolate but is not as strong as our normal Assams.
